Engine: 383 "Stroker" small block Chevy, 470hp, 480 ft. tork. All machine work done by "Johnson Machine", Monrovia, CA. "Straightline Performance" cast steel crank, "CP" flat-top pistons, 10:1 compression. Bored .040 over. Gear drive, "Edelbrock" E-Tech alum. heads. & "Endurachrome" dual-quad, air gap intake manifold topped with two "Edelbrock" AVS "Endurashine" 500cc carbs. "Pertronix" HEI ignition & wires, "Patriot" silver coated headersLots of chrome goodies.
Trans: GM TH350 re-worked by "REMAC Transmissions", San Dimas, CA with Factory high stall 2400 converter. Stage II shift kit, "Lokar" shifter, Summit Mufflers hooked to a 2 1/4" exhaust.
Chassis: "Total Performance" Pro Street "T" frame package, front 4-bar, "Wilwood" spindles & disc brakes. Ford 9" Tru Trac posi rearend with 3:50 gearing linked to transverse leafs. "RCI" Polyehtelene 16 gal. fuel cell.
Body & Interior: Wescott body & fenders. Steel running boards. "32 Ford 4" chopped grille & insert. 7" Kingbee headlights, '38 Ford tailights. "Flaming River tilt column with LeCarra wheel. Wiring is from "American Autowire". Auto Meter "golden oldies" gauges. AM/FM stereo with CD player. Tinted glass.
More information will be forthcoming as work continues on Henry & Patty's project '27 that started in 2005. Henry says there are only 89 pro-street '27s in exhistance.
